AMIS affiliate in national Danish radio as expert commentator

AMIS affiliate Martin Lemberg-Pedersen featured in a P1 Orientering's radio feature on the increasing involvement of private security and military companies, and how they influence the formulation of EU border control policies. Lemberg-Pedersen featured in the studio alongside journalist Lisbeth Kirk, editor of the EU Observer. There they discussed the cooperation of private military companies with the Frontex Agency, the blurred boundaries between profit motives and publuc policy concerns in the European Security Research Programme, as well as Italian company Finmeccanica’s multiple border control contracts with Gaddafi’s Libya, which have continued with the new Libyan regime.
