EU's migration-deal with Turkish AKParty government amidst bombing and election-campaign extremely controversial

EU's migration-deal with Turkish AKParty government amidst bombing and election-campaign extremely controversial, says AMIS affiliate Dr. Martin Lemberg-Pedersen in television interview (in Danish).

In this Skype-interview with Danish television channel DR2, Lemberg-Pedersen analyses the EU-Turkish migration deal, problematizes its great promise heralded by European politicians. He also points out that domestic politics in Turkey is at a historic moment of crisis, after the assassination bomb against the Kurdish HDP-party in Ankara last week and the upcoming election, and that the EU-deal and Merkels visit to Ankara represents a troublesome legitimization with the AKParty government.
