European governments fund their national military industries through border control contracts
AMIS affiliate Martin Lemberg-Pedersen is interviewed in Middle East Eye, and states that: ... there's been a strong focus on guarding and controlling external borders, as well as internal hotspots like Calais. It feeds into the desire to market military products.
